Remembrance Day is a holiday in Western Canada. Most businesses are closed giving us time to think about how we have handled conflict in the past and the sacrifices families have made. Whatever our thoughts or position on war let’s focus on gratitude and appreciation for what we have and what people have done for us.

I know so many people who have served and are still serving–as with other things like this, remembering should be every day, not just one.
