Howdy this is kinda of off topic but I was wondering if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML. I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding know-how so I wanted to get advice from someone with experience. Any help would be enormously appreciated!
Hi there –
It really depends on the blogging platform you choose. WordPress gives the writer the choice to work in HTML or to enter your text WYSIWYG style. Best wishes on your new blog.

Hey Susan:
This is GREAT! I have a question that you may be able to answer for me.
We are looking to really explode Social Media in our recruitment strategy this year – facebook quizzes, youtube contests, etc., etc., etc.
I think we’ve got some amazing creative ideas – but I am at a loss for understanding the legal requirements that govern how we communicate (I’ve heard something about opt in/opt out), what our responsbilities are in running contests, do we have exposure to liability if we put up personality assessments on facebook applications, etc.
Any idea where I can go to help me navigate the murky legal waters of social networking?
THanks,
Shannon
Shannon,
Great endeavour you’re undertaking! I’ll be on the lookout for all that creativity.
