Look for team members who display a passion for what they do. These people are living in alignment with their values. They are driven by a personal vision of what is possible.
Don’t use money to attract team members. You can’t move mountains with mercenaries.
If you have people on your team that don’t fit, have a warm and firm heart-to-heart chat. You’ll be doing them a favor if you help them identify what they really want to do and then help them find a position that honors their particular strengths.
